⟡ 進捗について急かさないでください。⟡ ご依頼いただいた作品は、ポートフォリオやSNS等に掲載させていただく場合があります。掲載を控えてほしい場合は、あらかじめその旨をお伝えください（例：〇日以降の公開でお願いしたい等）。「良い参考資料」とは？：
キャラクターの全身が分かる参考画像があることカラーが明確であること（※キャラ参考が必要な依頼にのみ適用されます。デザイン依頼の場合は、好みのデザインが分かるムードボードなどをご提供ください。）⟡ すべての依頼をお受けするわけではありません。私の作風や得意分野に合わない内容の場合は、お断りさせていただくことがあります。✦ お支払いについて ✦
50-50%（半額前払い＋半額後払い）または全額前払いとなります。⟡ お支払い方法について不安な点がある場合は、事前にご相談ください。⟡ ラフ提出後のキャンセルについては、着手金（デポジット）の返金はいたしかねます。⟡ 複雑なデザインや作業内容によっては、追加料金が発生する場合があります。✦ 修正について ✦
⟡ 明確な修正回数のガイドラインは設けていませんが、通常、ラフ提出後に1〜4箇所の修正が可能です。線画以降の大幅な修正は、追加料金の対象となります。⟡ 着色（レンダリング）に入った後の修正は、1回につき20ドルの追加料金が発生します（こちらのミスでない限り）。✦ 使用権について ✦
⟡ ご依頼いただいた作品は「個人利用」に限ります。SNS等への掲載は可能ですが、作品を使って収益を得ることはできません。⟡ 商用利用（例：グッズ印刷、書籍の表紙、広告など）の場合は、料金が2倍となります。事前にお知らせください。✦ 納期と納品について ✦
⟡ 各依頼内容に応じた納期をお伝えしますが、外的要因により納品が遅れる可能性がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。✦ 重要 ✦
⟡ 私のイラストをAIやNFTに使用しないでください。
⟡ 私の作品を転売しないでください（やむを得ない事情がある場合は事前にご相談ください）。
⟡ コミッションに関するやり取り（DMなど）のスクリーンショットを無断で公開しないでください。公開したい場合は、必ず事前にお伝えください。

Terms of Service
⟡ Do not rush me for updates.⟡ I will have the permission to post commissions on my portfolio and my pages. Please do tell me in advance if it's something that I shouldn't post until a certain date!⟡ What does a "Good Reference" mean?:
- Has a full body reference of the characters
- Has colors defined( Only applies to commissions where reference is needed. If it's a design commission, please provide me with mood boards of the design you'll prefer. )I will not accept ALL commissions. If your commission is out of my comfort zone, or is not something that's suitable for me, I will decline the request.✦ PAYMENTS ✦
50-50% or full upfront payments.Do discuss with me regarding the payment plans if you are uncertain.⟡ If you want to forfeit your commission after I provided a sketch, I will not provide a refund of the deposit.⟡ Extra charges may be incurred for complex designs/art.✦ REVISIONS ✦
⟡ I do not have any specific revision guidelines, but generally, if I provide a sketch, you can make 1/4 changes before I finalise the sketch and begin the lineart. At that point onwards, any changes will be subject to additional costs.⟡ More revisions after I begun rendering will incur an additional 20$ fee per revision, unless I made a mistake on my part.✦ USAGE RIGHTS ✦
⟡ All commissions are subject to Personal use rights. This means that you can post the art, but can not charge costs on it.
⟡ If you'd like to use the art commercially (Eg: Printing, Book covers, Advertisement) there will x2 cost for commercial usage! Please let me know in advance.✦ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY ✦
⟡ Deadlines for each commission will be specified on each service. Do note that there is a possibility that delays may be possible due to external unpredictable factors.✦ IMPORTANT ✦
⟡ Do not use my art for AI/NFT.
⟡ Do not resell my art. Please discuss with me if it's an urgent situation.
⟡ Do NOT post photos of our communication regarding the commissions unless you have told me.
